Quick Leg Workout For Hikers
Hiking up steep inclines with a heavy pack can leave your legs burned out and wobbly, so it’s important to strengthen your legs when preparing for difficult trails. But what if you have a packed schedule and need to get a quick workout in right now?
I’ve come up with a quick leg workout you can do from the comfort of your home, and the only equipment you need is your back pack!
The Workout
So here’s the workout:
Romanian Deadlifts, 4 x 12
Front Squats, 4 x 12
Good mornings, 4 x 12
Front Lunges, 4 x 12
Rest for 30 seconds
The workout will be done as a circuit, so you’re only allowed to rest at the end of each round (no rests between exrcises). You’ll complete four rounds of the circuit with 12 repetitions for each exercise (12 repetitions each leg for the lunges).
Pack Romanian Deadlifts
Pack Front Squats
Pack Good Mornings
Pack Front Lunges
